Alex is a graduate of Marketing. He has worked as an executive interviewer rising to the position of Supervisor and Field Manager at MARP, one of the first generation Market Research companies in Nigeria.

OLORUNTUYI OJO

Head, Field Operations
Tuyi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Accountancy. Prior to joining MSS, he has worked with MARP, as a Supervisor in the early 90s.

RUTH ZINSOU

Head- Qualitative Services
A graduate of Secretariat Studies, Ruth started her research career with Ac-Nielson. She has been involved in planning and execution of many Qualitative and Quantitative Research Projects as an IDI’s and FGD’s Moderator/Coordinator/Client Service in different Research Fields.

A marketing intelligence and social researcher with over ten years’ experience in project management, brand building technique, consumer care and retention, Bose has acquired over ten years’ experience in moderation, analysis and reporting of qualitative studies.

DEBORAH ONUKPO

A graduate of Accountancy, Debbie has about 10 years experience in research having worked with Research and Marketing Services Ltd (RMS), between 2001 and 2006, Market Trends Research International between 2006 and 2008.

Our Team Details


Rotimi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, a Master’s Degree in Marketing and a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Journalism. Rotimi is a member of the European Society for Opinion and Market Research (ESOMAR), National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN) and Nigerian Market Research Association (NiMRA). Rotimi has put in over 20 years post graduate working experience in various organizations. He was at one time the General Manager of Research & Data Services Limited (REDASEL), Head, Adhoc Research Department of Market Research Consultancy (MRC) Group and General Manager/Head of Research of Research Fountain Limited, a division of MRC. Rotimi has studied over 400 leading brands of both multinational and national companies in Nigeria including Unilever, Nigerian Breweries, Coke, Guinness, Toyota etc. His role is to provide overall guidance for project management and smooth project execution. He is the head of the team of project executives. Rotimi has contributed two books to the development and practice of marketing in Nigeria.

Alex is a graduate of Marketing. He has also worked with RMS, MRC and Research International (RI). He is a Consultant to IPSOS Synovate. He has put in over one and a half decades handling key accounts of Multinational Companies in Nigeria. Alex is the Head, Project Supervision with responsibility for project execution precision. He handles personnel and remuneration for specific projects.

Tuyi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Accountancy. Prior to joining MSS, he has worked with MARP, as a Supervisor in the early 90s. He thereafter joined Market Research Consultancy Limited (MRC) as a Manager, in the Quality Control Department and later as Assistant Head, Field Operations. He has handled key accounts like Society for Family Health (SFH), Lafarge Cement and MNI Tracking in Nigeria and Ghana. He has put in over 15 years experience in various leading research organizations in Nigeria. He is our Head of Field Services.

A member of Nigerian Marketing Research Association (NiMRA), she has a certificate in effective writing and communication. Her in-depth probing and laddering moderating is largely influenced by her marketing background (as a former Sales Manager Adata Ctrack Ltd Nigeria ) coupled with her wide exposure to marketing trainings and activities. Bose has thorough knowledge of Nigerian consumers and their behavioral changes. Her approaches to insights generation goes beyond direct responses from respondents but includes reviewing of previous relevant studies, workshop activation and sourcing of relevant online information. Bose has handled key accounts of Unilever, Etisalat, Topmost Banks in Nigeria, Automobile, Food and Beverages, Pharmaceutical and cosmetics and educational brands. She is proficient in African Lifestyle.

A graduate of Accountancy, Debbie has about 10 years experience in research having worked with Research and Marketing Services Ltd (RMS), between 2001 and 2006, Market Trends Research International between 2006 and 2008. She has worked as a freelancer for Ipso-Synovate Nigeria Limited. She has been involved in recruiting and conducting interviews for IDI studies and B2B, interviewing corporate chieftains and industrial product users. She is experienced in Usage and Attitude studies, Segmentation studies, Concept and Product development tests, Pre and post advert campaign studies, Perception studies, Packaging tests, Product evaluation studies, Evaluation and assessment studies and Lifestyle analysis.
